The most important thing when either buying or selling a home is to select the right real estate agent. They should first select the real estate agent -- one who will understand what they need and can navigate the system for them.

How Long Will Trinidad James Have the "Midas Touch"?

Well #damn...will Trinidad James survive the game long enough to become a "Living Legend" or will he be just another one hit wonder??

(Image May Be Subject To Copyright)

According to some of the critics and hip hop heads the answer would be a strong and definite, NO!  However, with the direction of rap and/or hip hop these days are we really surprised??? The longevity of an artist career is highly dependent upon trends, ignorance, and degradation. Nonetheless, if y'all like it, hell I love it (NOT) o_O
Although Trinidad James' career may not have a long shelf life I can say that he is humble and very appreciative of just having the opportunity. Rolling Stone contributor, Jeff Rosenthal, noted in his concert review of James, "He looked down at the ground, away from the crowd still there, and said, 'You don't gotta turn up with me. You don't have to, but you did, and I thank you for that. A lot of people don't, and that's fine. I'm gonna treat you like my fans, even if you're not, because a lot of people don't get the chance that I got right now. And I appreciate y'all for giving me a chance." (Read full story here: Heavily hyped Atlanta rapper seems all too ordinary at SOB's) That alone will (maybe) give him a few more minutes of fame #humbleasamumble

Are You Allergic??? 02 8Ball - Allergic Feat. Bun B & Killer Mike [Premro]

As we all know there are many fakes and phonies trying to infiltrate the system but the 'real' always recognizes 'real'! Being from and living in Atlanta there has been an outbreak of people trying to be something they aren't. People constantly represent things they have no clue about or only want to be accepted in.  Be yourself my darlings...as cliche as it may be that's the only way to stand out, accepted and respected. After all who are you trying to impress? I guarantee whoever it is probably could give 2 craps less about the 'frontin you' and are more interested in how you can help put them on or increase their popularity.  So in the words of Bun B, "don't let hoe niggas and hoe shit take you out of your lane!"
